Seeds (actions) + Meditation (rest) = ABUNDANCE

“Seeds”- Reconnecting with the Authentic Self Poetry Positive and powerful original poems for self love, healing journeys, shadow work, inner child healing, and divine feminine energy healingHonor the balance between intentional mindfulness and intentional action

In a previous love note, “Perspective,” I mentioned intentional mindful daily practices, such as, meditation, mindfulness, and stillness. In combination with those practices, we must put in the necessary “work” to achieve abundance in our lives.

The beautiful thing about this sort of work is that it feels different and is more aligned with our divine purpose; our authentic being.  Abundance is indeed our birthright, but that does not mean it will simply appear out of thin air. We must put in the necessary work to call it in or we could find ourselves looking at an empty pile of dirt waiting for a garden to sprout.

The necessary work is almost certain to be uncomfortable and far beyond your comfort zone, but that is where true growth and transformation lies.

During our journeys, we must maintain our faith not only in God, but ourselves.

“Faith without works is dead” James 2:26

God has already given you the necessary tools, are you open and willing to try something new?

Don’t stew in what was, brew in what is.

Until next time.
