What is the authentic self? The authentic self is the self/state of being that the Creator intended for you to be; the self you may have shunned from or disengaged with with the hopes of better aligning with the world and others.

love notes from keesh do not follow a specific “niche.” My blog is authentic to experiences I am experiencing, I have experienced, or that I am exploring and/or researching. My goal is to be authentic with my following and community as I learn and become more aware of who I am at my core and not who I was told I should be. My hope is that my vulnerability and transparency acts as a guide for others to unapologetically stand in their truths and reclaim their power as co creator of their lives
